For a two person portion! Ingredients: 1/3 cup of rolled oats 2 tablespoons chia seed 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup of mylk 1 tablespoon of maple syrup 1 cup fresh berries 1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt Garnish with toasted coconut flakes Instructions: 1) Mix oats, chia, cinnamon, mylk, and maple syrup together and leave overnight. 2) Before serving layer with fresh berries, yoghurt then toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy this healthy delicious breakfast for two. |
